For Federal Contractors, Hodes iQ fully supports the Internet Applicant standards in generating applicant flow logs and recorded searches internally. We support the 2006 EEOC race/gender updated categorization. Our collection methodology ensures maximum privacy for candidates while providing the recruiting organization with valuable information about diversity in recruiting.

EEO-1 type reports. Recruiting managers may run EEO-1 type reports on candidates. This report can be run by date, and can be run by the candidate statuses that recruiters have marked in the system. |
